RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RENTAL PERIOD: The rental period shall commence on the date of payment and terminate 365 days after. The Renter agrees to return the rented item(s) and any accompanying accessories on or before the specified end date, unless a renewal is agreed to in writing by both parties at least 30 days prior to the end of this period.
2. RENTAL FEE: The Renter agrees to pay the Company the rental fee listed on the invoice for the entire rental period. The rental fee shall be paid upfront with no proration for a term of less than 365 days.
3. USE AND CARE OF ITEM(S): The Renter shall use the item(s) in a careful and proper manner and shall not use it or them for any illegal or prohibited purposes.
4. LIABILITY: The Renter shall be liable for any damage or loss to the item(s) or accessories occurring during the rental period. 
5. INSURANCE: The Renter is advised to obtain insurance coverage to protect against any loss or damage to the rented item(s) during the rental period. The Company shall not be liable for any data loss or damages caused by the use of the item(s).
6. OWNERSHIP AND TITLE: The item(s) and all accessories provided remain the sole property of the Company. The Renter has no right, title, or interest in the item(s) other than as a lessee.
7. TERMINATION: The Company reserves the right to terminate rentals and repossess the item(s) at any time, without cause, if the Renter breaches any of these terms and conditions.
8. GOVERNING LAW: This rental shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Kansas law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
